Every month shows the same eight nights — first, second, third and last, Friday and Saturday — because a residency is a slot that repeats.

Want a Tuesday to Thursday or a Sunday? Those are not on this calendar because they are not fought over — email us with the night you want and we will set it up.

The minimum on your night
Friday & Saturday, 9 PM – 2 AM$5,000
Friday & Saturday, finishing by 9 PM$2,000
Any night with the kitchen open+ $500

You cover the shortfall if bar sales land under it. There is no separate residency rate — these are the minimums for every Margolis event.

A residency doesn’t invent its own payout — it runs on the terms the room already publishes.

If a date gets pulled — either way

A full-building booking is very nearly the only reason we ever reclaim a residency date. We offer you that event’s afterparty first, in front of a bigger crowd than your own date would have drawn; take it and no fee is owed either way, because the night moved rather than disappeared.

More than 30 days’ noticeNo fee — we move you
30 days or less$1,000
14 days or less$1,500
7 days or less$2,000

Going the other way: drop a date early and there is no fee. Inside 48 hours it is half that night’s bar minimum, capped at $1,500, because your bartenders, door and security are already scheduled and we pay them whether the night happens or not.

What we actually look for

Almost anyone can fill a room once. The second edition is the whole question. A night with a name and a reason it exists; a crowd you can reach directly; a plan for what the last edition should be that the first one is not; and somebody straightforward about lineups and flyers. That last one matters more than any number.

Fifty-one parties have held a residency here — who ran them and how long the runs lasted. Only want one date? Host a public event instead.

Everything else

Does applying hold a date? No. We read every application and answer all of them, including the ones we can’t take.

Already running somewhere else? That helps. The hardest question about a residency is whether the crowd comes back, and a run behind you answers it.

End of a season? We review it together and offer you the next one if it’s working. Acceptance covers the season it names and nothing past it.
